How to remain flexible while running & training for a marathon.
If you’re new here, I’m a lifestyle blogger as well as yoga teacher in Paris. This year I challenged myself to run Paris Marathon and I only gave myself 3 months to it. I was super eager to find out how running would impact my flexibility. It was quite important for me to remain flexible no only for my job, but also to keep a healthy balanced body and prevent from injuries.
