mindfulness is probably what describes my lifestyle best!
wink ;) It's also why my ebook is called 'the mindful life'.

I believe education is one of the most powerful tool there is, but I think only being mindful, curious and having deep awareness about things that surrounds us and about our own thoughts & feelings, can bring inner peace and ultimate hapiness.
We hear the word "mindfulness" around meditation and yoga (I agree!), but to me it goes way beyond that. To me, mindfulness is shifting my mind back to present when it's stuck in the impredictable future or unchanging past. I do accept what has past & am looking forward to the future, but mostly i'm being fully present in the moment. Basically, mindfuless is taking all my decisions in full awareness.


For me, it includes:

  • Consciously chosing to eat plant-based food not to harm animals. Trying my best to chose organic, local produce whenever possible. I eat intuitively. I eat when I'm hungry, I stop when I'm full. I listen to my cravings (and have developed this deeper awareness with myself with time & efforts. Learn how you can too with this guide). When I eat, I like to be in total awareness (no distractions) and think about where the food comes from, how it's been prepped, what flavors I can recognize.. I honor my body by chosing natural wholesome food over highly processed food/animal products, by treating it the way it deserves to be treated! Learn more about nourishing your body here
  • It also means, having an active lifestyle, as moving my body makes me so happy. I love to sweat, I love to workout, I love to take on challenges and see progress physically and mentally. My yoga practice is so important to me. I like to think I get healthier by moving my body the way I'm able to. And when unfortunetely I get injured, it's a humbling lesson that I haven't been training/practicting in total mindfuless. Learn more about fitness & yoga here.
  • It means taking the decision to chose natural cosmetic/cleaning products over chemical ones because 1. I find it healthier for me and 2. I don't pollute the oceans and soils with them.
  • Yep, it means being ecofriendly, ditching single-use items I don't need, consume smart over practical (it also means not selling myself out for brands sponsorships & products I won't use!)
  • It means chosing the people that I surround myself with. I do not deserve toxic or relationships that drag me down! As I'm an introvert person, I'm being conscious of the time I spend around people since I believe energy is contagious and we can also deplete/shift our energy from being around others.
  • It basically means saying "yes" or saying "no" in full control. It means being true to myself & my values.
  • It means not taking life too seriously and have a positive impact on people's life and share whatever can be interesting, fun, uplifting & inspiring with others! And that includes all the pretty food & travel pictures ;)


I could go on and on and on..
but the point of this page is to show you this is the way I've chosen to live my life and I hope I can inspire you to live yours the way you want too !
